Kelly Hall

General Manager

As the General Manager for Richlin International, Kelly has a key role in meeting client demands as well as each client’s individual needs. As a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design and English, Kelly’s interests are in contemporary Italian design and architecture. She has studied in Florence, Italy where she took an intensive 5-week Italian Renaissance Architecture course. Kelly has also attended Poliform’s factory in Italy where she received detailed training on the company’s products and manufacturing systems.

Her responsibilities as the General Manager cover the day-to-day operations of Richlin International along with overseeing all areas of the business from management to client projects. Kelly began her career by way of an internship with Richlin in 2009 and has since advanced to her current role of General Manager. Utilizing creativity, positive client relations, time management, and organizational skills, Kelly succeeds at ensuring projects are communicated seamlessly to ultimately create a functional, yet aesthetically pleasing interior space.

Karen Gomez

Senior Design Coordinator

Karen Gomez, ASID, NCIDQ, is a Florida registered interior designer who has been practicing in the Naples area for the past 20 years. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing (BS) from Florida Atlantic University, and an Associate of Science in Interior Design (AS) from the Tampa International Academy of Design and Technology. Her goal for each client is to successfully turn their vision into a reality and to achieve a seamless transition from one space to another. She loves to travel abroad to see different styles of architecture and design which gives her inspiration in her daily work. Besides being a professional ASID member since 1998, she has also served as a Sand Dollar Awards committee member of The Collier Building Industry Association (CBIA) for the past six years. In 2017 she had the privilege of the Chairperson role and in 2018 she was honored with the Associate of the Year award. As senior design coordinator, she will oversee the execution of projects throughout the design phase to develop a creative and unique space.
