Our goal of transforming a dated condo into a contemporary space began with a visit to Richlin.

Convinced of the quality and style of the Poliform kitchen and having met Kelly Reese, we were confident of our decision to work with Richlin in a total redesign of our condo. The design vision of Rich and Kelly, together with their eye for detail and perfection has resulted in a beautiful space. Thanks to Rich and Kelly our beach condo has been transformed into an open, contemporary space. The personal attention given to our project is appreciated. It was a pleasure working with Richlin and we are delighted with the results!!

Our 2 bathrooms are now complete.  We love them.  The selections you made for us are outstanding.  The stone, tile, sinks, fixtures are perfect.  Would not change anything.  You did great.  Your are a true artist and designer.  If you prefer photo’s, let me know, but it doesn’t do it justice.

Had a wonderful experience working with Rich and Kelly on our condo remodel. Kelly was meticulous about her measurements and details. Rich is great designer. They both were quick to respond to questions and followed up as promised. Their products and final work are worth the wait for Italy shipping!
